Opening and Closing Times

- The attraction is open daily from 11am
- Please be aware that we may close on days when there is particularly bad weather due to Health & Safety reasons. We would suggest if you are unsure that you please check our social media pages or email us.

Tickets and booking

- We do not currently offer an online booking system. Head over to our ticket booth at the entrance to the attraction to purchase your tickets.

 Travel

- There is no on-site parking. Please make alternative arrangements to travel to the attraction.
- A bus stop is located next to the attraction.

Smoking and Vaping

- We kindly ask you not to smoke or vape whilst on the golf course, also please keep a distance of 3m from the entrance/exit kiosk.

First Aid

- A first aid kit is provided at the entrance kiosk. We ensure there is at least one First Aid trained staff at the golf course each day.

Dogs

- We do not allow any dogs (except guide dogs) on the golf course.

Lost Property

- If you have lost an item please speak with a member of staff at the entrance kiosk or email us at info@captainjacksadventuregolf.co.uk. Any lost property that is handed in is kept for one month.

Children Supervision

- We ask that all children are supervised by their parents, carer or a responsible adult. Any child brought by you into the attraction is entirely your responsibility.

Lost Children

- If our staff are informed of a lost child they will radio around each other to help reunite children with their parent or carer.

Damage, Loss & Injury

Captain Jack's Adventure Golf do not accept liability due to damage, loss or injury whilst playing the mobile adventure course, you play at your own risk, and by playing the course you agree to and accept the rules.
